ER Training is currently being offered on a Tuesday (evening - two interval run groups and an earlier steady run group), Thursday (evening - two steady run groups and one interval run group), Friday (morning - one easy social run group) and Sunday (morning - one chatty run group).

The race is a fast, mostly flat, measured one lap rural course starting at 11am from Little Downham, Cambridgeshire.
